By creating an account or using LexiPower, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You may use LexiPower only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to: • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service. • Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content. • Circumvent any authentication or security controls. • Access the API outside of normal app usage without prior written permission.
Vocabulary words, notes, and other content you enter remain yours. You grant LexiPower a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your vocabulary data with third parties.
The LexiPower app, its design, and underlying code are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Word definitions displayed in the app are provided by Merriam-Webster under a separate license and remain their intellectual property.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us at contact@lexipower.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
LexiPower is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of LexiPower.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
